iLuvAccounting ("we," "us," "our") publishes free accounting tools, templates, and educational content at iluvaccounting.com. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how it's handled. It's written in plain language on purpose — if anything is unclear, reach out and we'll explain it directly.

Information We Collect

We collect the minimum information needed to run the site and the services you choose to use:

• Free tools and downloads. Browsing the site and downloading free templates, calculators, checklists, or cheat sheets does not require an account or any personal information.
• Newsletter signup. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address through our email provider, Flodesk, to send you updates and content.
• Tools Club login. If you're a Tools Club member, we collect your email address to send a one-time login link (no password) through our authentication provider, Supabase.
• Tools Club membership and payment. Membership sign-up and payment are handled entirely by our third-party checkout provider. We do not collect or store your credit card number, billing address, or other payment details on iluvaccounting.com.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information above only to operate the site and the services you've opted into: sending login links, sending newsletter content you signed up for, and maintaining your Tools Club access. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Cookies & Tracking

As of the date above, iluvaccounting.com does not run third-party analytics or advertising tracking scripts. If that changes in the future, we'll update this policy to reflect it.

Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of third-party providers to run the site, each governed by their own privacy policy:

• Supabase — authentication (login links) for Tools Club members.
• Flodesk — newsletter email delivery.
• Our checkout provider — payment processing for Tools Club membership.
• Cloudflare — website hosting and delivery.

Data Retention

We keep account and email information for as long as your Tools Club membership or newsletter subscription is active, or as needed to comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion of your data at any time (see Contact below).

Your Choices

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email. You can cancel your Tools Club membership at any time from your account. You can request a copy of, or the deletion of, your personal information by contacting us.

Children's Privacy

iLuvAccounting is intended for business owners and adult learners. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
