These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of iluvaccounting.com and any tools, templates, content, or Tools Club membership we provide (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Who We Are

iLuvAccounting is operated by Antoine Joseph. The Service provides free and paid accounting and bookkeeping educational tools, templates, calculators, and content for business owners and students.

Free Tools & Content

Templates, calculators, checklists, cheat sheets, quizzes, and other free content are provided as-is for general informational and educational purposes. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified accountant, bookkeeper, or tax professional, and we make no guarantee they are complete, accurate, or suitable for your specific situation.

Tools Club Membership

• The Tools Club is a paid monthly subscription granting access to an expanded library of templates and, where available, saved progress features (such as quiz history or calculator scenarios).
• Billing and payment are processed by our third-party checkout provider. Your subscription renews automatically each billing period until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless required by law.
• We may add, change, or remove templates and features in the library over time.

Account & Login

Tools Club access uses passwordless, one-time email login links. You're responsible for keeping access to the email address associated with your account, and for any activity that happens under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: resell, redistribute, or publicly republish our paid templates or content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to member-only areas; use the Service to build a competing product from our proprietary content; or use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All templates, content, branding, and site design are owned by iLuvAccounting unless otherwise noted. Free tools may be downloaded and used for your own personal or business purposes. Tools Club templates are licensed for your own use as a member, not for resale or redistribution.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
